Pretty Girls Like Trap Music (PGLTM) is the Netherlands' first women+ only Hip Hop party created from an urge for a safe space for women+ without sexual assault threats and bringing together like-minded individuals for their love of hiphop.

SBLS X Pretty Girls Like Trap Music

11 July 2022, Amsterdam. Together with SBLS, we launched a collection as a tribute to women in hiphop at OSCAM Amsterdam. During the day, we hosted a workshop with rosetta. to learn women+ ‘The Art Of Beat Making’ for free to stimulate more women+ getting into producing. The day was successfully closed with an all-women afterparty.

PGLTM #2 @ De Doelen

11 June 2022, Rotterdam. We were honored we got to open the official nightlife of De Doelen. A cultural centre that is usually used for orchestras, was now filled with 500 women+ and strippers.

PGLTM #1 @ Altijd In De Buurt

9 April 2022, Rotterdam. Our first edition sold out in a day (!). Altijd In De Buurt welcomed us with open arms for our first experimental edition of Pretty Girls Like Trap Music. Within 5 hours, all tickets were completely gone.

8 September 2022, Rotterdam. RSCW invited us to host a meaningful program about the position of women in hiphop and street culture. Filled with engaging panels and live acts, we created a safe gathering for street culture enthousiasts.
